Website information is provided for general educational and promotional purposes. WASCIK works to keep it accurate but does not promise that every page will always be complete, current, or error-free. Guides are not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
Project proposals control
A website page, guide, demonstration, or promotional price is not a binding project agreement. Services begin only after the parties confirm the scope, price, payment schedule, responsibilities, revisions, timeline, third-party expenses, ownership terms, and other important conditions in writing. The accepted written proposal or service agreement controls if it conflicts with general website language.
Promotional pricing
The $324 one-page website offer is an introductory promotion with a limited scope and may be changed or withdrawn. Added pages, e-commerce, scheduling, databases, custom integrations, content production, maintenance, domains, hosting, taxes, and third-party services may have separate costs.
Demonstrations and results
Fictional demonstrations are labeled as demonstrations. Examples show design and functionality but do not guarantee that another business will receive the same commercial result. Search visibility, traffic, sales, platform approval, and AI citations depend on many factors outside WASCIK's control.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to hosting companies, software providers, social platforms, affiliate merchants, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms. Product availability, price, shipping, returns, warranties, and purchase support are controlled by the merchant unless a written WASCIK agreement states otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, violate another party's rights, or use forms and AI features to transmit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or sensitive material.
Intellectual property
WASCIK names, branding, original website content, demonstrations, guides, designs, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law unless a written project agreement transfers particular rights. Customer-owned materials remain subject to the ownership terms confirmed for that project.
